THAT the following variance be granted: A reduction to the minimum exterior side yard setback for a semi-detached dwelling, from the required 4.5 metres to 3.3 metres as outlined in Attachment 1 to this report.

McFarlane THAT the following variance be granted: A reduction to the minimum interior side yard setback for a single detached dwelling, from the required 1.2 metres to 1.0 metres as outlined in Attachment 1 to this report, subject to 1 condition: THAT the shed in the rear yard obtain a building permit and be relocated so it conforms to the minimum 1.2m setback required for accessory structures as outlined in the Zoning Bylaw.
