The Chair asked if there was anyone present who wished to speak in favour or against the application. The applicant/owner noted that the construction was to assist with mobility issues. THAT application A19/24 be approved, and the following variance be granted: A reduction to the minimum rear yard setback from 7.5m to 6.0m to allow for the construction of a rear yard deck.
