Committee of Adjustment

THAT Jessica Blanchard, Deputy City Clerk be appointed as a Secretary/Treasurer of the Committee of Adjustment.

THAT application D13-012-25, be approved, and the following variance be granted for each property: 1. Permission for driveways to be expanded from a maximum of 50% to a maximum of 61.1% of the lot frontage.

THAT application D13-15-25 be approved, and the following variances be granted: Proposed lots at 72 Havelock Street: 1. A reduction to the minimum lot area required for an R3-General Residential, Single Detached Dwelling from the minimum 360.0m2 to 345.9m2.

THAT the minutes of the Committee of Adjustment meeting dated June 25, 2025 be adopted as circulated.

THAT the Committee of Adjustment meeting be adjourned until its next scheduled meeting.
