THAT the following variances requested under application D13-16-25 be granted: 1. A reduction to the required lot area for a Triplex Dwelling from 600.0m² to 464.6m². 2. A reduction to the required lot frontage for a Triplex Dwelling from 21.5m to 13.8m. 3. A reduction to the required Rear Yard Setback from 7.5m to 6.0 metres to the main building 4. Permission for balconies to be constructed at a minimum of 4.4m from the rear property line. 5. Permission to park within a Front Yard. 6. Permission to allow a driveway to be a maximum of 60% of the lot frontage, rather than the 81% requested by the applicant; and, THAT the following variance requested under application D13-16-25, be denied: 1. A reduction to the minimum required parking requirement for a Triplex Dwelling from 5 spaces to 4 spaces.
