THAT application D13-13-25 be approved, and the following variances be granted: Proposed lots at 190-192 Church Street: 1. An increase to the maximum width of a driveway from 50% of the lot frontage, to 61% of the lot frontage (5.5m). 2. Permission to locate parking within a front yard area.
