THAT the Brockville Railway Tunnel Committee authorize a loan to the Economic Development Department of $8,500 from the Tunnel 2015 budget to hire consultants "The Works" to begin planning of the tunnel opening event in 2017; and THAT the Economic Development Department reimburse the Brockville Railway Tunnel Committee Reserve Fund an equivalent amount from their 2016 Budget.
