THAT the minutes of the Brockville Railway Tunnel Committee meeting dated April 12, 2018 be adopted amended.

THAT the Brockville Railway Tunnel Committee requests Council’s approval to use $5,000 of the VIA Rail Vouchers for silent and public auctions at the Brockville Country Club Summer Slam Tournament; and THAT the proceeds from the auctions be divided 65% to the Railway Tunnel and 35% to the Brockville Country Club.

THAT the Brockville Railway Tunnel Committee (BRTC) continue to meet with Doug Grant as Acting Chair, Linda Eyre as Vice Chair of Fundraising and fundraising activities and Jack Kenny as Chair of Marketing until the new term of Council is in place in December 2018; and THAT the BRTC requests that a Councillor be appointed to their Committee at that time.
