THAT the minutes of the Brockville Railway Tunnel Committee meeting dated August 9, 2018 be adopted as circulated.

C. THAT the report to FAO include a recommendation to accept the proposal from Tackaberry so the ramp can be completed this fall; and THAT revenue generated by the tunnel will be allocated to the tunnel operating costs.
