THAT the following Brownfields Community Improvement Plan Programs be offered until a revised slate of programs has been developed (expected June 2019): Brownfields Remediation Tax Increment Equivalent Grant (TIEG); and Environmental Remediation Tax Cancellation Assistance Program (BFTIP).
