THAT Official Plan Amendment No. 32 respecting lands described as Part of Lots 14 and 15, Concession 2, being Parts 1 to 3, Plan 28R-12604, City of Brockville, County of Leeds, be amended, to redesignate portions of the property from "Neighbourhood Development Area", in part, "Mixed Use and Commercial Area", in part, "Corridor Commercial Area", in part, and "Parks and Open Space Area", in part, within the "Mixed Use Node", in part, subject to "Source Water Protection Considerations " to "Neighbourhood Development Area", in part, and "Parks and Open Space", in part, subject to "Source Water Protection Considerations"; and THAT Zoning By-law 050-2014, be amended, to rezone lands as described above, from "R4-24-General Residential Special Exception Zone", in part, "H4-C3-General Commercial Arterial Zone", in part, "EP - Environmental Protection Zone", in part, and "EP-1-Environmental Protection Special Exception Zone", in part, subject to "Source Water Protection" considerations to "R4-23-General Residential Special Exception Zone", in part, "EP - Environmental Protection Zone", in part, and " EP-1-Environmental Protection Special Exception Zone", in part, subject to "Source Water Protection" considerations to permit a maximum of 120 Cluster Townhouse Dwellings and a community club house; and THAT the necessary by-laws be enacted. THAT Official Plan Amendment No. 33 respecting lands described as Part of Lots 5 and 6, Plan 238, and Part of Lot 12, Concession 1, as in LR133104, LR74470, LR41159, except LR66143, S/T LR127622, City of Brockville, County of Leeds, with municipal address of 125 Stewart Boulevard, be amended, to remove reference to "125 Stewart Boulevard"; and THAT Zoning By-law 050-2014, be amended, to rezone lands described as Part of Lots 5 and 6, Plan 238, and Part of Lot 12, Concession 1, as in LR133104, LR74470, LR41159, except LR66143, S/T LR127622, City of Brockville, County of Leeds, from "MC-2-Mixed Use Corridor Special Exception Zone" to "MC-2-Mixed Use Corridor Special Exception Zone", in part, "MC-3-Mixed Use Corridor Special Exception Zone", in part, and "MC-4-Mixed Use Corridor Special Exception Zone", in part, and "MC-5-Mixed Use Corridor Special Exception Zone", in part, to allow the redevelopment of the site to accommodate a mix of commercial and residential uses on separate properties with site specific development standards being established.
