1. THAT Official Plan Amendment No. 39 respecting lands described as Part of Lots 11 & 12 CON 2 Elizabethtown, being Parts 1 TO 21, 23, 25, 28 to 35 on 28R15880 and Part 3 on 28R15911; S/T 38E9315, LR128073, LR128324, County of Leeds, City of Brockville, with municipal address of 100 Magedoma Blvd. and Lands described as Part of Lot 11 CON 2 Elizabethtown, subject to Easement over 28R3661, Parts 1 to 3, County of Leeds, City of Brockville, with no Municipal address, be amended, to: a. Redesignate the property from "Institutional Area”, in part, "Parks and Open Space Area", in part, and "Neighbourhood Area", in part, subject to "City-Wide Parks" policies, in part, "Private Recreational Area" policies, in part, and "Flood Hazard" policies, in part, within the CRCA Screening Area, and subject to “Source Water Protection” considerations to "Parks and Open Space Area", subject to "City-Wide Park Areas" policies, and "Flood Hazard" policies, within the CRCA Screening Area, and subject to “Source Water Protection” considerations; and 2. THAT Zoning By-law 050-2014, be amended, to rezone lands described as Part of Lot 10 & 11 CON 2 Elizabethtown, and Parts 3, 4, 12 and 13 on RP;28R241, County of Leeds, City of Brockville, with municipal address of 429 Laurier Blvd., and Part of Lots 11 & 12 CON 2 Elizabethtown, being Parts 1 TO 21, 23, 25, 28 to 35 on 28R15880 and Part 3 on 28R15911; S/T 38E9315, LR128073, LR128324, County of Leeds, City of Brockville, with municipal address of 100 M

THAT the following items as recommended by the Planning and Development Committee be placed on the Consent Agenda: 1. 2026-6 Proposed Amendments to the Official Plan and Zoning By-law 100 Magedoma Blvd. & 429 Laurier Blvd.

THAT the Planning and Development Committee adjourn its meeting until the next regular meeting scheduled for February 3, 2026.
