THAT Zoning By-law 194-94 be amended to modify the R4-X2-9 General Residential Special Exception Zone in effect on lands described as Part of Lot B, Block 31, Plan 67, being Parts 1 and 2 on Reference Plan 28R-10733, City of Brockville, County of Leeds (6 Court Terrace), City of Brockville, to permit a “Business and Professional Office” on the first ( Ist ) and second (2’) levels, as well as other uses permitted in the R4 Zone, and to remove “Administrative offices of an industrial firm” as a permitted use.
