THAT pursuant to Municipal Act, 2001, Section 239 Sub. 2 (b) and (f), Council resolve itself Closed Session, closed to the public to consider: 1. personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; 2. advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.
