THAT pursuant to Municipal Act, 2001, Section 239 Sub. 2 (b) and (k), Council resolve itself Closed Session, closed to the public to consider: 1. personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; 2. a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the municipality or local board.
