LeSueur THAT Council rise from Committee of the Whole, In Camera without reporting.

LeSueur THAT we adjourn and meet as Committee of the Whole Council, with the Mayor in the Chair.

THAT Council do here by proclaim February 2015 as "Heart Month" in the City of Brockville.

THAT Janet Jones be removed from the Brockville Municipal Accessibility Advisory Committee; and THAT the necessary by-law be enacted.

THAT the 2015 User Fees, as amended, be approved; and THAT the necessary by-law be enacted.

THAT the poison parsnip incremental item in the amount of $11,400 be added to the 2015 operating budget.

THAT the Facade improvement incremental item in the amount of $80,000 be added to the 2015 Operating Budget

THAT the amount of funding for the Façade Improvement program be reduced to $50,000.

THAT the Facade improvement incremental item in the amount of $50,000 be added to the 2015 Operating Budget

THAT the Site Attendant - Solid Wast e incremental item in the amount of $2,250 be added to the 2015 Operating Budget.

THAT the Summer Student Clerk's Office incremental item in the amount of $8,500 be added to the 2015 Operating Budget.

THAT Council authorize the formation of an AdHoc committee focused on the Twin Pad Arena Project to expedite process and involve Council members directly in process; and THAT the following persons be appointed to the Twin Pad Arena AdHoc Committee: Councillor Baker, Chair Councillor Kalivas Councillor Blanchard John Ackerman Marlene Greenhalgh John Francis

THAT Council authorize the formation of an Ad Hoc committee focused on the Brockville Waterfront to review existing city owned waterfront properties and identify recommendations to maximize utilization of said properties within the strategic goals of the city and available resources ; and THAT the following persons be appointed to the Waterfront AdHoc Committee: Councillor Fullarton, Chair Councillor Earle Councillor Deery Alan Medcalf 2 persons yet to be appointed

THAT the Council for the Corporation of the City of Brockville supports the nomination of Mayor David Henderson to the AMO Board of Directors and the Regional and Single Tier Caucus.

THAT we revert from Committee of the Whole Council, to Council.

LeSueur THAT the report of the Committee of the Whole Council be adopted and that the necessary actions or by-laws be enacted.

THAT By-laws Numbered 002-2015 and 003-2015 be introduced and the same be now read a first and second time.

THAT By-laws Numbered 002-2015 and 003-2015 be now read a third time, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed with the Seal of the Corporation and be recorded.

THAT By-law Number 004-2015 to confirm the Proceedings of Council at its meeting held on January 13, 2015 be read a first and second time.

THAT By-law Number 004-2015 to confirm the Proceedings of Council at its meeting held on January 13, 2015 be now read a third time, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed with the Seal of the Corporation and be recorded.

THAT Council adjourn its proceedings until the next meeting scheduled for January 20, 2015 .
