THAT Council receive report SR2022-28, 2022 City Debenture Issue; and THAT staff be authorized to apply to the Infrastructure Ontario loan program through the auspices of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation Act , 2011 (OILC) for the 2021 capital projects totaling $904,462; and THAT Council authorize the Mayor and Treasurer to enter into an agreement with OILC to provide such financing for the 2021 Capital projects approved for loans under the lending program guidelines; and THAT the necessary bylaws be enacted.
