THAT pursuant to Municipal Act , 2001, Section 239 Sub. 2 (c) & (e), Council resolve itself into the Committee of the Whole, In Camera, closed to the public to consider: a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board; litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board

THAT Council rise from Committee of the Whole, In Camera without reporting.

THAT the minutes of the Council Meeting of January 22nd and 27th, 2015 be adopted and circulated as read.

LeSueur THAT we adjourn and meet as Committee of the Whole Council, with the Mayor in the Chair.

THAT Council adopt the 2015 Operating Budget in the net amount of $33,346,031 at a levy increase of approximately 2.51%; and THAT Council adopt the 2015 Capital Budget in the net amount of $8,350,058 THAT Council approve the 2015 Water expenses in the amount of $4,393,748 ; and THAT Council approve the 2015 Wastewater expenses in the amount of $4,997,702 ; and THAT Council authorize the passing of the by-laws to adopt the 2015 User Fees to come into effect April 1, 2015.

THAT City Council authorize an increase to the 2015 levy by $200,000 to accommodate an increase to Fiscal Policy Reserve.

THAT City of Brockville Sign By-law 84-89 be amended to permit a ground sign to be installed at A&W Restaurant, 1900 Parkedale Avenue, with an electronic message board measuring 10.03 m2.

THAT we revert from Committee of the Whole Council, to Council.

LeSueur THAT the report of the Committee of the Whole Council be adopted and that the necessary actions or by-laws be enacted.
