THAT Council rise from Committee of the Whole, In Camera and the Chairman report that all recommendations adopted in Committee of the Whole, In Camera, be adopted.

THAT the minutes of the Council Meeting of March 28, 2017 be adopted and circulated as read.

THAT Council hereby proclaim April 28th, 2017 as the Day of Mourning in Brockville; and THAT the flags at municipal buildings be lowered in honour and remembrance of those killed at the workplace.

THAT Council hereby proclaim the week April 24th to 30th, 2017 Rail Safety Week.

THAT the tender from Cadieux Contracting in the amount of twenty-four thousand ninety-one dollars and sixty-eight cents ($24,091.68), after HST rebate, for Contract 2017-25, Dugouts, Kelly Ball Park, Eleanor Street, be accepted; and THAT the project be funded from Account 9701106 9970140 3010, Dugouts, Kelly Ball Park; and THAT additional funds in the amount of ten thousand three hundred and sixty-four dollars and thirty-two cents ($10,364.32) be provided from the Parkland Equipment Reserve Fund.

THAT By-laws Numbered 020-2017 be introduced and the same be now read a first, second and third time, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed with the Seal of the Corporation and be recorded.

THAT By-law Number 021-2017 to confirm the Proceedings of Council at its meeting held on April 11, 2017 be read a first, second and third time, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed with the Seal of the Corporation and be recorded.

THAT Council adjourn its proceedings until the next regular meeting scheduled for April 25, 2017 .
