THAT the minutes of the Council Meeting of November 8, 2022 and November 15, 2022 be adopted and circulated as read.

THAT Council receive the letter from the Marguerita Residence Corporation requesting a construction loan; and THAT Council authorize the Director of Finance and IT Services to apply to Infrastructure Ontario for a loan in the amount of $17,000,000; and THAT Council hereby approve a loan to Marguerita Residence Corporation, to a maximum amount of $17,000,000, using the funds secured from the Infrastructure Ontario loan; and THAT Staff be directed to negotiate a loan agreement for repayment of the loan to ensure the cost of the loan does not fall to the City’s taxpayers and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute such agreement.
