THAT the minutes of the Council Meeting of March 28, 2023 be adopted and circulated as read.

THAT Council do hereby proclaim May 2023 as Building Safety Month in the City of Brockville.

THAT Council do hereby proclaim May 17, 2023 as International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia in the City of Brockville.

THAT Council do hereby proclaim May 2023 as Museum Month in the City of Brockville.

THAT Barry Moss be re-appointed to as a City representative to the Aquatarium board whose term will expire March 31, 2025; and THAT Ryann Bailey be removed from the BIA Board of Management.

THAT the following items, as listed on the Planning and Development Committee agenda are recommended to be passed by Consent Agenda: For: Mayor Wren, Councillor Deery, Councillor Earle, Councillor Fullarton, Councillor Hobbs, Councillor Kalivas, Councillor Lavergne, Councillor Severson, and Councillor Wales

THAT By-laws Numbered 029-2023 to 031-2023 be introduced and the same be now read a first, second and third time, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed with the Seal of the Corporation and be recorded.

THAT By-law Number 032-2023 to confirm the Proceedings of Council at its meeting held on April 11, 2023 be read a first, second and third time, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed with the Seal of the Corporation and be recorded.

THAT Council adjourn its proceedings until the next regular meeting scheduled for April, 25, 2023.
